Aquarium Stand Chandelier

This chandelier is made from an antique aquarium stand that had a light put in the base to light the aquarium from below. The stand is made from cast iron and steel. All the existing parts were used except one.
By turning the base of the stand upside down, adding 5 vintage electric candles,  5 antique, hanging, amber crystal tear drops, along with some subtle rearrangement of parts, we create a look of elegance that would feel naturally majestic hanging in the right spot of your cabin or cottage.

Notice the stunning detail and elegant beauty of this hanging work of art, the only one in the world.  If you look closely at the enlarged view shown above you will notice the detail and rich, rust color of the chandelier.

The twisted bars on this metal sculpture gracefully bend upward into the chains to give it a continous flow.  To complete the artistic lines of the piece, the amber crystals draw to the antique shade.  The antique shade adds the final vintage look to the piece.

This unique piece measures 20 inches wide by 49 inches high to the chain connection.
